Thinking about sustainability and being environmentally smart is part of our everyday. Returns are unfortunately a growing environmental problem which we want to actively reduce so please reach out so we can guide you with sizing and fit before checking out.
Sometimes of course, it happens that a garment doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected. In those cases, you always have the right to return within 30-days of placing your order.
Return Policy
- Email us at hello@bamboob.co within 30-days of placing your order to get free return postage within Australia on your first order
- The returned item(s) must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, unmarked and without damaged, with all packaging
- We will refund returned item(s) but not any shipping charges additional to the original order
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost

Discounted Worldwide Delivery
We will despatch same day and cover $20 off the cost of international deliveries (automatically applied at checkout).
Choose from Standard, Express Delivery or International Courier. As a rough guide, standard arrive within 8-12 days, express arrive within 4-8 days and couriered arrive within 2-3 days. Check your delivery zone and further shipping details here.
International Customs Fees
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Being a new & small brand we are unable to cover any extra customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for further information. As we continue to grow we are hoping to work with a distribution centre so we can all avoid extra costs. Thanks for your understanding and support!
Faulty Garments
All our Bratops are meticulously checked prior to packing so we guarantee the goods are flawless when shipped.
Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email at hello@bamboob.co within 7-days of receiving your product and provide a photo showing the fault along with a detailed description.
It’s our priority to get back to you asap so you can get on with your busy life and enjoy the benefits of bra freedom. Rest assured, any shipping costs associated with replacing a faulty garment will be with our compliments.
